Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between TABCAR, a VTC (private hire) transport provider, and any individual or legal entity (the "Customer") wishing to use the transport services offered.

Article 2 — Services offered

TABCAR offers the following services:

  • Airport shuttles (CDG, Orly, Beauvais)
  • Train station transfers (Paris stations, Champagne-Ardenne TGV)
  • Transport to Disneyland Paris
  • Private shuttle (dedicated vehicle)
  • Shared shuttle (shared trip)
  • Group transport (up to 7 passengers)
  • Long-distance transport

Article 3 — Booking

All bookings must be made in advance, by phone, email or via the online form. Bookings are confirmed by TAB CAR by phone or email. No booking is guaranteed without confirmation from TAB CAR.

Booking at least 24 hours before the departure date is recommended. For departures before 6 am, bookings must be made the day before by 8 pm.

Article 4 — Prices

Prices are fixed in advance and given to the Customer before the booking is confirmed. The price includes transport from the pick-up point to the stated destination, as well as standard luggage.

Supplements may apply for bicycles, bulky sports equipment or animals. These supplements are communicated when booking.

Article 5 — Cancellation

  • Cancellation more than 48 hours before departure: no charge
  • Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours: 50% of the price
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before or no-show: 100% of the price

Article 6 — Punctuality and liability

TABCAR is committed to punctuality. In the event of a delay attributable to TABCAR, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible. TAB CAR cannot be held liable in cases of force majeure (exceptional traffic jams, road accidents, extreme weather conditions).

It is the Customer's responsibility to plan a departure time early enough to meet the check-in time of their flight or the departure time of their train.

Article 7 — Payment

Payment can be made in cash or by bank card. Payment is made at the end of the trip or as agreed at the time of booking.

Article 8 — Shared shuttle

The shared shuttle runs on departures scheduled in advance by TABCAR. Departure slots are fixed and published on the website. The Customer books a seat on an existing departure at least 48 hours in advance. The order of pick-ups is determined by TABCAR. Slight variations in timing may occur. The Customer accepts these conditions when booking.

Article 9 — Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute will be referred to the competent court within the jurisdiction of Troyes.
